Robert Kristof, Director of Planning and Analysis
When Bob was a small child, his parents handed him a pile of coins and said, “count them”. He immediately knew he loved handling and managing money. This early interest propelled him to an undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University in De Kalb, with a dual major in finance and operations management.
After graduation, Bob held various Business Planning and Operations positions as analyst and accountant, honing his financial and analytical skills as he climbed the corporate ladder with several companies. He learned to evaluate a company from the inside out and has a knack for finding hidden value—skills that he uses today to help his clients select investment opportunities that fit their unique goals.
Continually seeking self-improvement, Bob was awarded an MBA with a concentration in accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management in 1999.
Wanting to control his own destiny, have a positive effect on other peoples' lives, and help people realize their dreams by building a sound, financial portfolio, Bob chose to join a small, boutique investment firm and leave the corporate world behind. The perfect opportunity to do so came when he teamed up with Wayne in 2005. In his role as Vice President, Bob seeks challenging ways to grow personally every day and uncover opportunities that help him consistently meet his and his clients’ personal and financial goals.
